Children’s Yoga
Our Children's Yoga classes offer a fun, playful, and engaging introduction to the world of movement and mindfulness. Designed for young yogis, these sessions blend gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, storytelling, and imaginative play to help kids build strength, balance, flexibility, and focus. Through creative themes and age-appropriate activities, children learn to connect with their bodies, calm their minds, and express themselves with confidence-all while having a great time!
Bringing a yoga mat is recommended. Parents are kindly asked to remain on site during class, though participation is not required.
